Framing Inspection

     February 26, 2015 0 Comments

Dan met with Kyle from Black Pearl Construction to have a walk-through of the house to get a second opinion from a professional that everything was done correctly. Kyle was a framing inspector for another company and completed the final walk-through of their projects, making note of any changes that had to be made before giving his approval.

All in all, it was a great review of the property! There were a couple of simple fixes, like joist hangers or where wood needed to be shaved back a bit to make drywall installation easier, but overall – the house framing by Limitless Construction was right on.

It’s important to have these walk-through inspections when you’re building a home so that a new set of eyes can examine the space and all parties can rest assured that the project was built up to code and properly.
